Configuring library options

Each SharePoint library has some options that you can configure to make certain features available in ProjectForce.

To configure the ProjectForce options for a SharePoint library:

  1. In ProjectForce, click BlueCielo Administrator in the left pane. The configuration tree appears.
  2. Navigate the configuration tree to and expand the library that you want to configure. The Standard Configuration branch appears.
  3. Expand Standard Configuration and select Library Switches. The Switches property page appears in the right pane.
  4. Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.
Option Description

Content search for this library is installed and configured

Allows text within documents to be searched.

SAM service for this library is installed and configured

Allows Service Agents Manager

Most Recently Used (MRU) list for this library is available

Description

Local database for this library is installed

Description

Rights are based on properties (IMRights for this library is installed)
